Cut up two 6″ or four 3″ yellow summer squash into slices.
Cut up 1 large tomato, 2 smaller tomatoes, or 10 cherry tomatoes
Cut up some fresh basil–1 tblsp. or more
Mince two cloves of garlic.

Saute together in olive oil and a bit of water–enough to steam the vegetables as they cook–until the squash are slightly tender. The basil and garlic really bring out the flavor of the squash and tomatoes. Delicious!
