1/2 of frozen blueberries, protein powder, 1 tbsp of tart cherry juice concentrate, 1 banana and 1/4 cup of wheat germ. 

Lunch: Carrots, yogurt with 1 oz. of Fruit Advantage tart cherry powder, 2 sticks of celery and a glass of water.</description>
