Breakfast:  Organic Oat Bran Cereal with banana slices, handful of almonds, and almond milk, supplements, Wild Berry tea with Bio-En’R-G’y C powder Snack:  Cocoa Cherry Standard Bar, water Lunch:  Apple, celery sticks with almond butter, carrot Snack:  Fresh tomato Supper:  Chicken Almond Ding with Vegtable Fried Rice, water, supplements Bedtime:  Handful of almonds
