Almost a year ago on September 17, 2025, I bought a vibration plate for home use. No, that’s not me in the picture, but the vibration plate you see is the exact model I bought. It is advertised on Amazon.com as the HVX Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. It’s supposed to help with lymphatic drainage… and it does… but that’s not why I bought it. I bought it because my naturopathic doctor had one in his office, claiming that it could help users to build bone density. So, I bought one for me to use at home.
I’m not sure when my next Dexascan is scheduled, but I will be excited to find out what effect using it for just five minutes daily has made in my bone density. I will let you know, of course. In the meantime, I will tell you that I have experienced other benefits. When my muscles and joints are feeling stiff or achy, five minutes on the vibration plate brings quick relief.
I’m not the only one touting the benefits of using a vibration plate. Check out this article from Healthline to get their take on the benefits of vibration therapy: Should You Use a Vibration Plate for Osteoporosis?
What do you think? Do want to try it? Let me know in the comments.
