Fighting osteoporosis
Naturally – and winning.
I was diagnosed in 2004. Instead of accepting the standard story, I started documenting everything – What I eat, how I exercise, how much sunlight I get, what I learned about the myths about osteoporosis, and what I discovered builds healthy bones and what doesn’t. Two decades of real data, real recovery, and real faith.
