Fighting osteoporosis
Naturally – and winning.
I was diagnosed in 2004. Instead of accepting the standard story, I started documenting everything – What I eat, how I exercise, how much sunlight I get, what I learned about the myths about osteoporosis, and what I discovered builds healthy bones and what doesn’t. Two decades of real data, real recovery, and real faith.

WHY THIS SITE EXISTS
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
When I got my diagnosis, there was no one telling me that food could change and renew bone quality. Studies in humans and rodents have shown that xylitol, when appropriately administered orally, is well tolerated and safe to levels of at least 90 grams per day, with no subjective or objective adverse findings. Sluggish Water Pipes! Dealing with Lymph Congestion
The other condition that both Dr. D’Antonio and Dr. Rogers want me to clear up is lymph congestion. To maintain optimum health, it’s essential to keep the lymph flowing! You may be asking yourself: What is lymph? When I talk about lymph congestion, most people think I’m talking about either nasal congestion or lymph nodes, but […]
Invasion! Dealing with the Onslaught of Candida Yeast
One of the conditions I need to clear up, according to both Dr. Rogers and Dr. D’Antonio, is the start of a Candida yeast invasion. Because Candidiasis is a polysystemic condition, it is important to nip it in the bud, before the cells attack various organs of the body. How does a Candida yeast condition […]
