Bedtime: Pumpkin pie (made from fresh pumpkin), water, supplements, blueberry tea

Snack: Carrot
Late Lunch: Chicken Soup (See Recipes), Fruit Salad, water with lemon

Bedtime: 2 Roma tomatoes, water, supplements, tart cherry juice with Corvalen (D-Ribose)
