Today I picked up the results of my bone scan that was taken last Wednesday. The results are mixed. My lumbar vertebrae are slightly stronger–which indicates that osteoporosis CAN be reversed! However, the hip bone (femoral neck) has deteriorated another level.

In the blender, puree:
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of whey protein powder
10 almonds
Pour into a bowl and serve with a millet cookie for a delicious dessert.
Breakfast: Egg, 2 slices of Ezekiel bread, raspberry tea, water, supplements
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Almonds, pecans, and carob chips
Snack: Sunflower seeds
