Lunch:

Omelet made with 2 Omega 3 eggs, beef sausage, kale, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and mushroom.
8 oz. water
1 cup of Dandy Blend with 1 tbsp Natural Bliss creamer

Snack:

20 Cherry tomatoes

Supper:

Chicken breast
Almond Mashed Potatoes
Leftover kale greens
1 Fresh peach for dessert
8 oz water

Bedtime:

Handful of almonds
Daily Supplements
