Over the past few months, my husband and I been using a new app on our Android phones: MyNetDiary. This app keeps track of calories, yes, but it does so much more! Important to me is the fact that MyNetDiary keeps track of my daily calcium intake, as well as my intake of carbohydrates, protein, and fats. It also figures out the effect of various exercises on my calorie usage and helps me keep my weight in check. It’s easy to use and…it was free!
I’m wondering…Do any of you use MyNetDiary or a similar app? Have a blessed day! Kathy

hi – I have a question about diet. (I am newly diagnosed with oseto.) I see that you suggest an alkaline diet (80/20), but I have noticed that you eat meat at almost every meal. meat is acidic – so isn’t that too much meat?
Great question, Jean! I do eat protein with just about every meal, but I balance it with lots of alkalizing foods throughout the day. For me, sugar and artificial foods seem to cause the worst acidifying effects, not meat or fat. This has been a surprise to me!
Hi Kathy, I have recently been diagnosed. I want to eat as alkaline and bone healthy as I can. I don’t now how to cook with all the new foods I am learning about. Do you recommend a cookbook? Thank you!
