“Up” your pH by chowing down on Mediterranean Salad!
Romaine lettuce, cut into chunks
1 can of water-packed tuna, drained
2 or 3 slices of onion, sliced and/or diced
1 tomato, cut into chunks
4-6 black olives, halved
Matchstick carrots
Newman’s Own Italian salad dressing -or- olive oil & lemon dressing
8-16 oz. water with lemon
