Snack: Peach, water

Lunch: Super Salad Luncheon at Southwestern Middle School! I put in lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, shoestring carrots, sliced olives, and Newman’s Own Olive Oil & Vinegar dressing.

Snack: Another yummy salad!

Supper: Beef stew, water

Snack during the movie, Montana Sky: Sesame sticks, sunflower seeds, and blueberry tea with Beyond C powder

Bedtime: Supplements, water, 1/2 banana
