Well, I was hungry ALL DAY, and so I grazed from morning till night.

Breakfast: Kamut Pancakes (See Recipes) with applesauce topping, raspberry tea with Beyond C powder, water, supplements.

Snack: Apple

Snack: Sunflower seeds

Lunch: Beef stew, almonds

Snack: More almonds, Greens Shake (See Recipes)

Snack: 2 slices of Ezekiel bread

Supper: Baked tilapia, sliced potatoes, Summer Squash and Tomatoes (See Recipes), Green Beans, small slice of pumpkin pie made with a fresh pumpkin, water

Bedtime: Lettuce, tomatoes, supplements, water
