Breakfast:  Fruity Protein Shake (See Recipes), Greens Shake (See Recipes) with BioChlor, raspberry tea, water, supplements
Snack:  Almonds
Lunch:  Apple, Banana, Lima Beans, bottle of water
Snack:  Millet muffin with Earth Balance Buttery Spread
Supper:  Steamed Salmon, kale greens spiced with no-nitrate turkey bacon,  Tossed Salad (See Recipes), water, strawberry tea
Bedtime:  Water, supplements, tart cherry juice with Corvalen (D-Ribose)
