weight1Today I’m posting a new feature to the OsteoDiet website:  an OsteoDiet calorie counter!  To find it, move your mouse up to the black bar at the top of the page and click on “OsteoDiet Calorie Counter.”

I’ll be adding a few new items every day.  If there are specific items or recipes that you’d like included on the list, please write me and I’ll get them added ASAP.   Here’s hoping that the OsteoDiet calorie counter will become a useful tool, both for you and for me!

Today’s Calorie Counter additions:

Almond milk, unsweetened, vanilla, 1 cup (8 oz) = 40
Almonds, raw, 20 (1 ounce approx.) = 180; each = 9

Salad dressing, Newman’s Own Organic Tuscan Italian dressing, 1 tbsp. = 50

Sunflower seeds, roasted and salted, 1 tbsp. = 50
