Snack: Apple

Second snack: Banana

Supper: Jerusalem Artichoke spaghetti (available at Publix and DeLand Bakery & Natural Market) with spaghetti sauce, steamed broccoli, tossed salad, glass of water, sesame bread stick, and raspberry tea with Beyond C powder

Bedtime: Supplements and a slice of Ezekiel bread
