Lunch: Apple, about 1/4 of a fresh coconut, water

Snack: Nectarine

Snack: 2 raisin millet cookies

Supper: Roast beef cooked in the crockpot with a small can of tomato sauce, 1 sliced onion, and a half cup of water; long grain and wild rice, green beans

Bedtime: Supplements, water, Tension Tamer tea with Beyond C powder, 1/2 banana
