Snack: Large apple

Supper: Bowl of chicken noodle soup, two slices of zucchini potato bread (from DeLand Natural Bakery)

Bedtime: Bowl of romaine lettuce with a drizzle of Newman’s Own Olive Oil & Vinegar dressing, water, supplements, blueberry tea with Vitamin C powder, almonds
