Breakfast:  Tossed Salad (See Recipes) , water, supplements, strawberry tea.

Snack:  Banana

Lunch:  V-8 juice, 1/2 bottle of water

Snack:   Apple, Celery and Almond Butter, 1/2 bottle of water

Supper:  Baked Salmon (See Recipes), baked potato, peas, 2 slices of Ezekiel bread, water

Bedtime:  Pumpkin pie (made from fresh pumpkin), water, supplements, blueberry tea
