eggsYes, you read the headline correctly.  My doctor has recommended that I eat more fat!  According to the research that Dr. Bourne showed me, the big push for extremely low cholesterol is “drug company hype” and that the body needs a moderate amount of cholesterol to manufacture testosterone in the male, and estrogen and progesterone in the female.  So, I have been advised to start eating more saturated fat in foods such as eggs, avocados, olives, and even red meat, in order to bolster and balance my hormone levels.

This doesn’t take away the need to keep the blood at an alkaline pH level of 7.38.  The body is certainly a complicated organism to balance!
