Supper:  Linguini (Deboles Jerusalem Artichoke brand), Free Range Turkey meatballs in spaghetti sauce, Steamed Broccoli, 2 slices of millet bread, 1 millet almond cookie, raspberry tea with Vitamin C powder

Bedtime:  Tart cherry juice with Corvalen (D-Ribose), water, supplements
