Breakfast:  Fruity Protein Shake; Blueberry Tea with Beyond C powder, Corvalen (D-Ribose) powder, and 1 tbsp of Tart Cherry Juice concentrate, Supplements

Snack:   Sliced apple

Lunch:  2 tbsp. of almond butter with carrot and celery sticks, water

Snack:  Almonds and raisins

Supper:  Pinto beans with long grain and wild rice; fresh steamed green beans with onions, carrot and raisin salad with pineapple, water, blueberry tea with Beyond C powder

Bedtime:  Supplements, water

    Hi, Joann. I hope you enjoy it! Your breakfast routine sounds delicious! Lunch looks good, too, but I can’t have the yogurt. What did you eat for supper?

    I will try the above diet for tomorrow. Here is my morning breakfast routine:

    1/2 of frozen blueberries, protein powder, 1 tbsp of tart cherry juice concentrate, 1 banana and 1/4 cup of wheat germ.

    Lunch: Carrots, yogurt with 1 oz. of Fruit Advantage tart cherry powder, 2 sticks of celery and a glass of water.
