This morning I came across a terrific website for moms by a mom, complete with super-healthy recipes that her twin girls love! You can take a look at “Multiply Delicious!” at  http://www.multiplydelicious.com/  I’m going to try her Broccoli Veggie Saute first, and then move to her Chicken Veggie Salad with Avocado Herb Dressing.  Both recipes look amazing!

“Up” your pH by chowing down on Mediterranean Salad!

Romaine lettuce, cut into chunks
1 can of water-packed tuna, drained
2 or 3 slices of onion, sliced and/or diced
1 tomato, cut into chunks
4-6 black olives, halved
Matchstick carrots
Newman’s Own Italian salad dressing -or- olive oil & lemon dressing

8-16 oz. water with lemon

Here’s an alkaline breakfast winner that’s filled with protein, calcium, and important phytonutrients for building strong bones!

Stir together in a bowl:  1 cup FAGE brand Greek yogurt, plain + drizzle of honey +1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract + 1 Red Delicious apple, chopped + 10 raw almonds

To drink:
Cup of raspberry tea with 1/2 tsp Vitality C powder
8 oz. water
