Snack: Sunflower seeds
Lunch: Tossed Salad (See Recipes) and water
Snack: Apple, sunflower seeds
Supper: Baked Tilapia, green beans with sliced onions and turkey bacon for flavoring, Mushrooms & Onions (See Recipes), water
Bedtime: Supplements and Water
