  1. I like the idea of the blueberry tea, but I drink Fruit Advantage tart cherry juice concentrate after supper and few hours before I go to bed. Cherry juice has melatonin and has helped me get better sleep for a while now. I used to drink it in the morning, but getting a restful night’s sleep give me the energy for the day. For snacks during the day I keep a bag of mixed fruit and nuts at my desk. I mix dried blueberries, cherries, walnuts, sunflower seed with raisins. It gives me the mental boost during the morning and mid-afternoon. I use the Fruit Advantage brand http://www.fruitadvantage.com dried fruits.

  2. Hi, Freddy. Thanks for your comment. Tomorrow I’m going to try drinking my cherry juice with Corvalen at night. I didn’t know that cherry juice has melatonin. I’m also glad for anything that helps me get a good night’s sleep. I’m also going to look up the Fruit Advantage website tonight. Your snack mix sounds delicious! Kathy
