Snack: Banana
Lunch: Almonds, pecans, and carob chips

Snack: Sunflower seeds

Supper: Tacos: flour tortillas, small amount of maverick beef cooked in taco seasoning, stewed tomatoes, lettuce, soy cheese; water, for dessert – bowl of Fruity Protein Shake (See Recipes) with a millet cookie

Bedtime: Water, supplements
