Here’s a delicious alkalyzing recipe that’s good for your bones…and your tastebuds!

2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 cup sliced tomatoes
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup of fresh green beans
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 cup of sliced zucchini
1 cup of sliced yellow summer squash
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp Frontier brand Ginger Stir Fry Seasoning

Place vegetables in olive oil and water in a large skillet.  Add soy sauce and seasoning, and saute over medium heat until cooked the way you like them.  Scrumptious!

If there are any veggies left over, they make a great lunch item!  I spoon them into a Rubbermaid TakeAlong plastic container, and pack them in my lunchbox to take to work.

Enjoy!

  1. Where do you get your Ginger Stir Fry Seasoning? I think I’ll try this recipe out.

  2. I buy it from DeLand Bakery & Natural Market. They have a whole line of natural seasonings. This recipe makes a LOT of veggies, but like I said, they make a great lunch. Hope you enjoy it! :-)
