I found this article on-line today for delicious, easy-to-make protein shakes. I’m going to try the Berry-Vanilla Shake this morning, substituting almond milk for the regular milk for added bone health, and frozen strawberries and water in place of berries and ice.

This bone-healthy recipe for guacamole is a great celery stuffer and veggie dip!
You will need:

2 small mixing bowls
sharp knife
fork
serving dish
1/4 cup salsa
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 ripe avocados

Combine salsa, lemon juice, chili powder, and salt in a small mixing bowl.

Here’s a quick and easy bone-healthy supper for busy days!
In a large skillet, combine:
1 cup of turkey ham, cubed
