    Dear Kathy

thanks for providing this helpful service. I am 35 years old and had the radius bone of my right arm broken six months ago from playing contact sports! had the arm in a cast for six weeks but still had difficulty with full usage. after several consultations have finally gone under the knife (surgery). just had a rush pin inserted to hold the alignment in place. will I have further complications and how can I avoid possible complications from this ? thanks . Alex

Hi, Ajay. It is possible to speed up your healing time by supplying more oxygen to your blood. One way would be to give up drinking and smoking while you heal. Another would be to consume a more alkaline diet. Third, you could have hyperbaric oxygen treatments, but they are expensive in most areas. Fourth, you can sunbathe for 20 minutes a day in your bathing suit to get more Vitamin D for bone-building. A calcium-magnesium supplement is also helpful. For more information, check out this article, as well as the recommended articles below it: http://osteodiet.com/2009/02/1.....al-faster/. May God bless you as you heal. I’ll be praying for you!
