4 -6 apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup water

Slice apples into wedges. Cook in a saucepan with cinnamon, allspice, vanilla, and water over medium heat until tender. Serve with chilled almond milk or Soy Whip.
