Breakfast:  Kamut pancakes with applesauce topping (See Recipes), raspberry tea with Vitamin C powder, water, supplements

Snack:  Fruit salad

Snack:  Almonds

Lunch:  Catered lunch at the Gator Trax Mini-institute, sponsored by PRISM – Turkey and rice, green beans, salad

Supper:  Out to dinner at Main Street Grill – Blackened Chicken Main Street Salad, four glasses of water with lemon  (I was thirsty!)

Bedtime:  Tart cherry juice with Corvalen (D-Ribose) and Vitamin C powder, supplements
