Snack:  None

Lunch:  Apple, tuna fish mixed with applesauce, blueberry millet muffin, bottle of water

Snack:  Celery & almond butter, apple, 4 spelt flat breads (available at DeLand Natural Bakery), bottle of water

Supper:  Small burger made with lean ground beef, bowl of tomato soup, water

Bedtime:  Water, tart cherry juice with Corvalen (D-Ribose) and Vitamin C powder, water, supplements
