Breakfast:  Kamut Pancakes with applesauce topping (See Recipes), Fruity Protein Shake (See Recipes), water, supplements, strawberry tea with Vitamin C powder

Snack:  None

Lunch:  Apple, Bottle of water

Snack:  Tomato, V-8 juice (low sodium)

Supper:  Out to dinner at China Buffet – BIG glass of water with lemon, green beans, mushrooms, broccoli with sliced chicken, onions and sliced beef, rice, sweet potatoes, 3 fortune cookies.

Bedtime:  Tart cherry juice with water, Vitamin C powder, and Corvalen (D-Ribose), supplements
