Breakfast:  Bowl of organic lentil soup, 2 slices of Ezekiel bread, strawberry tea, water, supplements

Snack:  1/2 green apple

Lunch:  Turkey sandwich made from all-natural turkey slices, oatmeal bread(from DeLand Natural Bakery), and dark mustard, carrot

Snack:  1/2 green apple

Supper:  Out to dinner at Main Street Grill – Almond Chicken Stir Fry, 3 large glasses of water

During the movie:  Almond and Sunflower seeds

Bedtime:  Water, supplements
