Hi Kathy.
I clicked on the link for whole foods and was very impressed. I also clicked on ‘how to order’ and found that they need to be purchased from a health professional. This was disappointing as I was hoping these supplements could be shipped to Australia. I haven’t found anything like this is Australia.
Did you visit the Standard Process website page that offers to find a health professional for you in your area who provides Standard Process products? If not, you can click on this link and then type in your information.

The whole food approach certainly makes sense to me. I’ll do some more reading on it. Thanks for the reference.

Hi, Gail. Yes, I’ve heard of both supplements. Rather than take them as isolated elements, however, this year I’ve chosen to take whole food supplements, which include a wide variety of nutrients such as these in whole food complexes. To investigate the significance of whole food supplements, click on this link: http://www.standardprocess.com.....labels.spi
Thanks for writing, Gail, and God bless you!

Recently I read a thread on Dr. Andrew Weil’s forums on building bone density naturally. A couple of things were mentioned which caught my attention. One was a form of calcium known as Calcium hydroxyapatite (MCHC). As I followed some links to do some more reading on it, it appears that it is considered to be a far superior form of calcium than others on the market.
Another supplement mentioned is Vitamin K2. A friend had given me an article on this which talked about it being way more important to your bones than calcium.
I wondered what you might know about these nutrients, or if your doctors have spoken of them.
If you’d like to read the websites they are:
