Today my son, Ryan, who developed and manages my website, married his lovely bride, Hala! Both Ryan and Hala value healthy eating and exercise, as both are talented weightlifters who have won the State Championship. They met in high school as members of arch-rival weightlifting teams, the DeLand Bulldogs and the Spruce Creek Hawks. Today, however, DeLand met Spruce Creek for a match made in heaven.
