Supper: Crock Pot Chicken Breasts, Steamed Cabbage with Turkey Sausage Medallions, Carrot-Pineapple Salad, 1/2 cup of decaf coffee (a rare treat!), water

Bedtime: Bone Cocktail with Beyond C powder, supplements
