Here’s an easy crockpot recipe for a hearty, bone healthy vegetable beef soup!

Combine in the crockpot:
1 pound lean stew beef, sliced into small chunks
1 can of stewed tomatoes
4 cups water
6 beef bouillon cubes
4 carrots, thinly sliced
4 stalk of celery, thinly sliced
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
1 cup of fresh green beans
1 large onion, chopped
1 small bag of organic frozen peas
1 bay leaf
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook in the crock pot on low for about 3 hours.  Serve with toasted Ezekiel bread.
