Here’s an extra-healthy recipe for Banana Nut Bread that promotes bone health!
In a mixing bowl, combine and mix well:
1/3 cup canola oil
1/2 cup Xylosweet*
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mashed bananas
Add to mixture, stirring until thoroughly blended:
1-3/4 cups Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Baking Mix*
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Pour into greased 9″ x 9″ baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Yummy!
