Breakfast:  Bowl of organic lentil soup, 2 slices of Ezekiel bread, strawberry tea, water, supplements

Snack:  1/2 green apple

Lunch:  Turkey sandwich made from all-natural turkey slices, oatmeal bread(from DeLand Natural Bakery), and dark mustard, carrot

Snack:  1/2 green apple

Supper:  Out to dinner at Main Street Grill – Almond Chicken Stir Fry, 3 large glasses of water

During the movie:  Almond and Sunflower seeds

Bedtime:  Water, supplements

Snack:  Pear

Lunch:  Turkey sandwich made from all-natural turkey slices, dark mustard, and lettuce, apple, water

Snack:  Tomato

Supper:  Turkey and gravy, long grain and wild rice, steamed summer squash and onions, water

During the movie:  Sunflower seeds and blueberry tea

I wasn’t feeling well today.  I think I’ve got whatever the kids are passing around at school–headache, swollen throat, nausea.  I followed my cravings today.

Breakfast:  Kamut Pancakes (See Recipes) with applesauce topping, water, supplements, strawberry tea

Snack:  1/4 apple

Lunch:  Tomato soup, millet bun, jar of organic baby food for dessert (apple-banana flavor)

Snack:  Carrot, bottle of water

Snack:  Tostitos chips

Supper:  Turkey, 4 slices of oatmeal bread, long grain and wild rice, stir-fry vegies, water, blueberry tea

Bedtime:  Water, supplements

Midnight snack:  Sunflower seeds, water

Breakfast:  2 slices of Ezekiel bread and a Greens Shake (See Recipes), water, supplements, strawberry tea

Snack:  Carrot

Lunch:  Celery and Almond Butter

Snack:  Apple

Supper:  Small hamburger made from Maverick ground beef, Steamed Cabbage (See Recipe), water, 2 slices of Oatmeal Bread (from DeLand Natural Bakery), Almonds

Bedtime:  Water, supplements, blueberry tea, almonds

When others are munching on caramel apples or candy apples, you can enjoy apple slices dipped in almond butter! All you need is:

1 apple, cut into slices
2 tblsp. of almond butter

Dip apple slices in almond butter, and savor the flavor. This is one dessert that tastes yummier than the forbidden fruit it replaces. AND almond butter leaves an alkaline ash when digested, which helps to build bone!

Snack:   Apple, Celery and Almond Butter, 1/2 bottle of water

Supper:  Baked Salmon (See Recipes), baked potato, peas, 2 slices of Ezekiel bread, water

Bedtime:  Pumpkin pie (made from fresh pumpkin), water, supplements, blueberry tea
