Bedtime: 1/2 cup of Cracklin’ Oat Bran cereal (dry), supplements, tart cherry juice with Corvalen (D-Ribose), water

Supper:  Out to dinner at Main Street Grill – Blackened Chicken Main Street Salad, four glasses of water with lemon  (I was thirsty!)

Bedtime:  Tart cherry juice with Corvalen (D-Ribose) and Vitamin C powder, supplements
